To guarantee you the best possible experience, we will process your order as soon as it is made. We will make our best to care for your order in the shortest possible time.

Free worldwide shipping for orders above 300,00€.
Standard Shipping: 10,00€

Delivery Times
We remember that delivery outside the EU can be subject to import taxes and customs controls. Those kinds of taxes are at your charge. Customs controls may also delay the delivery time.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

EU: 3-5 working days
Rest of the world: 5-7 working days

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase. 

Please contact us within 30 calendar days of your parcel being delivered. If we don’t hear from you within this window, we’ll assume everything is fine with your order. Any order, delivery or item issues must be reported within these 30 calendar days of receipt. After that, we might not be able to assist with any problems.
